PRICE AND VALUE

As with most Life Care communities that provide the assurance of ongoing care at predictable fees, Ventana requires an upfront entrance deposit and a monthly fee in exchange for providing a wide array of services and amenities. Both the deposit and the monthly fee are associated with the size of the luxury apartment selected and the number of occupants.

The entrance deposit you place with Ventana is largely refundable at the termination of the Life Care agreement. The refundable portion will be paid to you if you move from Ventana, or to your estate upon your passing. This deposit assures you will receive all the benefits of residency and allows us to offer lower monthly fees than we could otherwise.

Our fees have been determined based on the cost of providing the level of residential and medical excellence that you desire. Regardless of your fee amount, you’ll enjoy the security of knowing that the costs of unanticipated future health care needs are covered.

Most members choose to fund their entrance fee from the proceeds of the sale of their home. When all of your current expenses are considered you will find that the monthly fee is, in most cases, comparable to your present cost of living. Included within your fee at Ventana are meals, utilities, housekeeping, security, grounds and maintenance upkeep and social, cultural wellness and educational programming. There are no taxes associated with residency.
